Redesigning the Gov2Go Platform

Challenge and Solution: The challenge was to create a new brand and UI design system for the Gov2Go platform that would appeal to both state and national enterprise partners, as well as consumers. I started by defining the brand qualities that needed to be communicated through the logo and UI. After an efficient design process, management approved a new logo, and I designed a UI system that reinforced the round shape of the logo, creating a modern and accessible feel.

By keeping the UI simple and using custom illustrations to highlight service value, the platform offered a high-quality consumer experience that distinguished itself from typical government offerings. This consistency across the platform and marketing materials led to strong praise from management, partners, and consumers, and played a key role in the platform’s rapid growth over the past year.
