Delivering 90% Satisfaction with Smarter, Scalable Banking Solutions

Thinking: Umpqua Bank needed an improved banking bill-pay. I led the design effort to redefine personas, new market trends, requirements and usability testing. The results were a 90% satisfaction rate and new capabilities to be able to handle the needs of additional customers.
